Pipedrive is an online-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that allows companies and sales teams to track business development efforts. Pipedrive keeps track of our deals at their various stages from prospect to lead and eventually to contract execution.
Additionally, we use Pipedrive as our virtual Rolodex – any new or existing connection we make has a contact page. This makes finding contacts and emails a cinch, as opposed to asking each other to forward an email address or phone number.
One reason we love Pipedrive is it allows us to keep track of the birthdays and anniversaries in our network. We love sending special gifts as a way of showing our appreciation: Pipedrive allows us to go in monthly to view who is having a birthday or approaching a milestone we’d like to recognize.
