It has certainly been a summer of big announcements here at Keystone Resources.
Now, we have another announcement to make: we’re welcoming a new Creative Director.
You may remember our announcement back in July that we were welcoming new ownership of Keystone Resources. Then, in August, we introduced you to our new owner, Tina Nguyen. If you missed those posts, be sure to check them out. We’ve loved getting to know Tina!
If we’re staying true to our “schedule” of big announcements, it’s time for your next major monthly announcement.
Please welcome Anna Nguyen, our new Creative Director.
She’s incredibly creative. Not only does she have a degree in Fashion Design, but she also was Creative Manager at Forbes Vietnam Magazine. Luckily for you, her mission is to understand and create exactly what you’re looking for.
Take it away, Anna!
Welcoming Our New Creative Director, Anna Nguyen:
Hi, Anna! Tell us about your academic/career background.
I am Vietnamese, but I basically grew up in Singapore. In 2011, I received my BA with Honors in Fashion Design from Lasalle College of the Arts in Singapore.
I worked for Harper Bazaar Singapore as a fashion stylist and for Embrya Productions in Singapore as a graphic designer. I attended Parsons School of Design in New York in 2013 to study Intensive Communication Design Training.
In 2014, I moved to Vietnam to work for Forbes Vietnam Magazine as the Creative Manager. Then, in 2016, I moved to Houston, and now am joining Keystone Resources as the Creative Director.
What do you bring to Keystone Resources?
From a strictly creative perspective, I want our work to symbolize our clients/our consumers. I want them to look at what we’ve done for them and say, “Wow, this is what we’ve been looking for the whole time.”
From a director/team leader perspective, I yearn to create an ideal working environment, where all my team members can come to work with an open mind, a sense of belonging and a sense of unity. Team effort is always my ultimate goal.
What’s the best vacation you’ve been on?
My 10 days long honeymoon to Tokyo and Kyoto back in 2014. Japan always fascinates me. Tokyo is a sacred place for any designer. I make a goal to go back to Japan every year.
Describe yourself in three words:
Creative. Dreamer. Gemini.
If you were famous, what would it be for?
My graphic design!
Help us welcome Anna to Keystone Resources! If you have a question for her, leave us a comment or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re looking forward to introducing you to her in person soon!
